1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through www.diamantregent.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Right to Refuse Service

Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or service request at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to our business practices.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the final price for that specific product and specification. Future orders for the same product are not guaranteed the same price.

4. Product Photography & Renders

Product images and 3D renders on this website are intended to represent the design and craftsmanship of each piece as accurately as possible. However, colors, surface finishes, and proportions may vary from the actual product due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the nature of photographic and digital rendering. These variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

5. Product Guarantee & Wear Disclaimer

Our guarantee applies to the quality of craftsmanship and materials at the time of delivery — that the piece was made correctly, with the materials specified, to the standard our reputation is built on.

Fine jewelry is subject to the conditions of everyday wear. A ring in particular is constantly exposed to physical contact, pressure, chemicals, and impact. Damage resulting from how a piece is worn, stored, or handled — including but not limited to bent prongs, scratched surfaces, lost stones due to impact, or metal deformation — falls outside the scope of our guarantee.

We do not offer a lifetime guarantee on the physical condition of any piece. What we guarantee is the integrity of our work at the point it leaves our hands.

6. Custom & Special Orders — Design Advisory

Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. reserves the right to apply modifications to custom orders where, in our professional judgment, the requested design does not conform to established goldsmithing standards or may compromise the structural integrity, wearability, or longevity of the piece.

Where a client requests a design element that departs from our professional recommendations, we will communicate this concern clearly — verbally in person or by written correspondence, depending on how the order is being processed — prior to production. If the client elects to proceed with the original request against our recommendation, Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. assumes no liability for any damage, breakage, premature wear, or loss of stones resulting from that design decision.

Our recommendations are made solely in the interest of delivering a piece that will withstand the demands of everyday wear and maintain its integrity over time.

7. Custom & Special Orders — Production Timeframes

Any production timeframe communicated at the time of order is an estimate made in good faith. Delays may occur due to material sourcing, casting, stone availability, or other factors outside our control. Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. is not liable for losses or inconveniences resulting from production delays.

8. Repair Work

When a piece is brought to us for repair, alteration, or restoration, Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. is not liable for damage, breakage, or stone loss resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses, prior repairs by other jewelers, metal fatigue, or conditions that were present before the work was undertaken. We will assess the piece prior to beginning work and communicate any concerns, but we cannot be held responsible for failures attributable to the prior condition of the piece.

9. Shipping & Loss

Once an order has been handed to a carrier for delivery, liability for loss, theft, or damage in transit transfers to the carrier. Bijouterie & Design Diamant Regent Inc. is not responsible for delays or losses that occur after the piece has been dispatched.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
